For many international estate agencies with a Middle East presence, it is too early to speculate on longer-term outcomes but for many of those who flocked there, praising Dubai’s lifestyle with its tax-free income, affordable home help, wall to wall sunshine and can-do, business-friendly outlook, it cannot be perceived as quite the safe haven it once was.
